This add-on module allows you to enter in your catalogue the titles you have ordered and to manage your acquisitions budgets.

Enter your orders directly in the database and take advantage of the numerous automatic controls: double entry, available acquisitions budget, prior shipments of the supplier…

Define your acquisitions policy with the help of the budgets defined at the beginning of the year. Each order reduces the amount available for the corresponding budget. Thus, you have a dashboard with all your expenses, which prevents you from going beyond your acquisitions credit.

BiblioMaker helps you in the follow-up of orders and generates reminders to suppliers (by mail or e-mail) if the orders have not been delivered on time.

When you receive an ordered title and catalogue it, you can re-use the data entered for the order and complete it with the missing information.

  • The BiblioMaker application is available in several versions and modules. You will thus find a combination that suits your needs!
  • Upgrading versions is very easy: just enter a new activation code (a kind of password) in the software and pay only the difference between versions. In the same manner, add modules, buy the client-server version and so on.
  • Each module can be used on several local or remote workstations simultaneously.
