Multi-user
In single-user mode, you can access the data from one computer at a time, but you can still install the software on multiple computers.
In the case of multiple workstations, access to data is simultaneously possible for as many users as required by the licence.
Use BiblioMaker on your desktop computer but also on your laptop?
All you need is a single-user license. You will install the program on both computers and access your data either through the local area network or the cloud, or by making copies of your data and transferring it from one computer to another.
Using BiblioMaker with multiple users simultaneously?
You acquire a number of licenses corresponding to the number of concurrent users of the software. For example, you may have one license for five simultaneous accesses for core functions, three accesses for the Loans Management module and two accesses for acquisitions management. All combinations are possible! Whether locally or in the cloud.
What is the price difference between single-user and multi-user versions?
For the Light versions you buy as many licenses as you wish for simultaneous access. For the Standard and PRO versions, prices are strongly decreasing according to the number of simultaneous accesses (from 50 to 90% discount on the price of the 1st station). For BiblioMaker Cloud, discounts are also applied from the 4th user. We will be happy to prepare an offer for the configuration you are interested in.
