How to print a list of pupils in a class with their barcode

Does your school library often receive classes and you must register the pupils' loans as quick as possible ? This tip should be helpful.

If pupils don't have a reader card, you must identify them with their surname or first name, what is tedious and source of errors. You can avoid this by printing at the school year's beginning a list of pupils sorted by class with their barcode. Thus, during a class visit, scan the barcode next to the pupil's name in order to identify him.

You print these lists by searching for the pupils using the class name (which can be entered in a free field), then by printing the list called "Barcode list" for each class. In the print template options, field Subtitle you can enter the class name in order to print it on each list.
