Infomaniak protects itself from an undesirable takeover via a foundation

Swiss hosting provider Infomaniak, a champion of digital sovereignty and the most environmentally friendly data center operation, recently announced that it has transferred the majority of voting rights of its shareholders to a Swiss foundation in order to prevent a takeover by investors more interested in profit than in the values that guide the company.
